We are delighted to announce the launch of the brand new Wallet at Winner!
It is now easier than ever to keep track of your funds with separate balances for each Winner product.

  1. What's good about the new wallet?

    The all-new wallet helps you keep your funds shared on each section of our site. You can use the same cash balance for Winner Casino and Winner Sports, Winner Poker, Winner Bingo etc. The redesign will make the wallet easier to use and enables us to reward you with improved bonuses and exciting special offers.

  2. Can I transfer money from one product to another?

    You no longer need to transfer money between products. You can use your cash balance across all Winner products, therefore the fund transferring option has been removed from the cashier. Bonus funds can only be used for the product they are allocated for and can only be withdrawn if the respective wagering requirements have been met.

  3. What is ring fenced balance and how are casino funds affected by the wallet change?

    When accepting a deposit bonus in casino, your funds are committed to the ring fenced balance section of your account. These funds will be available to play on casino games only. In the case of a deposit bonus: the equivalent in cash of the total bonus amount will be ring fenced up to a maximum of your deposit amount.

  4. Do I need to complete the wagering of any bonuses I received, before being able to play in another product?

    No. If you have cash funds you can use your funds across all Winner products at any time. Only ring-fenced funds will be allocated for use in casino only until bonus is exhausted or wagering requirements are met.

  5. Can I have different balances across all products at the same time?

    You will have the same cash balance across all products, however your bonus balance and ring-fenced balance may differ between different products.

  6. Can I be logged in and play in two different products simultaneously with the same account?

    Yes. Our different products can be used simultaneously with shared balances updating accordingly..

  7. Do you have the same cashier functionality from the computer and my mobile device?

    Yes, you can access the Cashier via either platform.

  8. Can I deposit with the same payment method in all products without having to register it again?

    Yes, your payment method will be saved to your account so that you can easily deposit and withdraw across all products without any change.
